My Practice

All my sessions are virtual and I use a HIPAA compliant platform. On the day of our scheduled appointment, you will receive a link to our session several hours beforehand. Phone sessions may be an option for individual clients. Virtual sessions may not be for everyone or for all situations. During our initial consultation, we can discuss the pros and cons of virtual therapy as it relates to your situation.

Cancellation Policy

I ask for 48 hour notice if you’re unable to make your appointment. If we are unable to reschedule your appointment that same week, a $100 late cancellation fee will be charged. No show appointments will be charged their full fee amount.

Payment

Fees

Individual psychotherapy for 45 minutes is $200 a session.

Couples/Friends/Family therapy for 50 minutes is $250 a session.

When possible, I’m able to offer a reduced rate for those who cannot afford a full session.

Insurance

I’m an in network provider with Cigna. However, I have a limited number of slots available for insurance use. I’m happy to provide a monthly superbill for clients using out of network benefits for reimbursement.

Payment methods

I collect all payments using Stripe on the day of our session. Before we start our work, you’ll receive access to a HIPPA compliant portal to enter your credit card/debit card/HSA card information. Your card of choice will be charged on the evening of our session.
