Psychotherapy

Individual therapy can be a dedicated weekly space to understand the origin of your deeply rooted beliefs, heal from old wounds, learn new ways to express old emotions and expand your perspective. 

 

What to expect:

We will define the concerns that bring you to therapy, explore family relations and life experiences that got you to where you are today and become aware of  unconscious beliefs through curiosity.  Once we have a deeper understanding of what’s not working for you, we can decide what to change, if anything and how.
